When will my order be processed?
We will begin processing your order the day it is received. Currently, we are shipping orders within 1-10 business days.

Are there Sales Taxes applied to my purchase?
No. LOVEHUMANITY.com is based just outside of Philadelphia and clothing is exempt from Sales Tax in Pennsylvania so your purchase is tax free when shipped within the U.S.

Will I get confirmation my order has been received?
Once you place an order, you will receive a copy of your order via email. If you have questions or concerns regarding your order, email us immediately at Service@LoveHumanity.com or call 1-877-LUV2LUV.  Please have your order number available so that we can assist you right away.

What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept several forms of payment including VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Amazon Pay and PayPal.

Is my credit card information secure?
We use Shopify, one of the largest e-commerce platforms on the Internet. Our Shopify Point-of-Sale software is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant with sophisticated security to protect your personal information, including customer credit card data.

How is my item shipped?

How do I return an item?
Upon receipt of your items, you have 14-days to request a return authorization. Please email us at Returns@LoveHumanity.com. We will respond to your inquiry within 72 hours. For more information on returns, please visit our Shipping and Returns page here.

Do you have Gift Cards?
Gift cards are available here in increments of $10, $25, $50 and $100. When purchased, they are delivered by email to the purchaser and contain instructions for how to redeem them at checkout. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to deliver the gift card to the recipient. Giveback Donations are applied when the gift cards are redeemed, not at the time of purchase. Our gift cards are non-refundable, never expire and have no additional processing fees.
