SHIPPING & HANDLING
LOVEHUMANITY.COM offers free shipping on all US orders (this includes AK and HI) over $97! Standard Shipping in the US is $5.00, except during special promotional periods as announced from time to time. We also offer Priority Shipping for all US orders for $8.50. Priority orders will receive expedited shipping, however our order processing time remains the same. Standard Shipments to Canada are $20. Each order is shipped with a unique Tracking Number that is provided to you via the email you provide on your order when it ships.
If an item on your order is backordered, we will ship the in-stock items to you right away. When the backorder items become available, they will ship at no additional cost to you!
If you have an item you wish to return to us, please send an email to email@example.com and include your order number and reason for return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will get back to you with a Return Authorization within 72-hours. All Return Authorizations must be requested within fourteen (14) days of your order receipt. Returns must be received within thirty (30) days of the Return Authorization approval date to be processed.
Gift Card purchases are exempt from being returned.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Obvious signs of use, damaged from personal wear or for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during shipping or in their original new condition and unworn. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for a Return Authorization.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be informed about your return.
Our return address and shipping instructions will be included in your Return Authorization email. Be sure to use a shipping method that provides tracking information so that you can be assured your return makes its way to us. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item; as the mailing process is beyond our control.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please allow for a 24-72 hour response time so that our Customer Appreciation Representatives can review your order inquiry. This time request is necessary since we are closed on Saturday and Sunday, and certain holidays.
