SHIPPING & HANDLING

We offer free shipping on all US orders (including AK and HI) over $97! Standard Shipping in the US is $5.00.

We also offer Priority Shipping for all US orders for $10.00. Priority orders will receive expedited shipping; however, order processing time remains the same.

Standard Shipments to Canada are $20.

If an item is backordered, we will ship the in-stock items to you right away. When the backorder item become available, it will ship at no additional cost to you!

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS

If you have an item you wish to return or replace, or want a refund, please email us at hello@lovehumanity.com or text us at 267-698-1764 / Include your order number and reason for return.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase. We will get back to you within 72-hours. All returns must be requested within thirty (30) days of your order receipt. Returns must be received within thirty (30) days of the "return authorization," which will be emailed or texted to for processing

Obvious signs of product use or product damage from personal wear, or for reasons not due to our error, may result in replacement items only. We want to spread our messages and missions, and we will be happy to replace an item.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is necessary - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you as to when to expect your refund.

If you have requested a refund, it will be processed automatically to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a requested refund, first double check your bank account or credit card company. It may take some a few days before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges or Replacements (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or in their original new condition and unworn. If you need to exchange or replace an item, please email at hello@lovehumanity.com for a return authorization; or text us at 267-698-1764

Shipping Returns

Our return address and shipping instructions will be included in your return authorization for any return item. This return authorization will be emailed or texted to you. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item; as the mailing process is beyond our control. If such is the case, we will gladly mail you a replacement product.
